Lead Project Manager, Group Finance (2-Year Contract)

Alliance Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to join our Group Finance team in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact financial projects in a vibrant and growing market. As the Lead Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex financial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a 2-year contract with a competitive salary of Rp 50,000,000 - Rp 70,000,000 per month, providing a chance to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to deliver projects that support the bank's strategic goals. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. With your strong leadership skills and deep understanding of financial processes, you will play a pivotal role in driving the bank's financial performance and growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex financial projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to deliver project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on financial projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar software.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
