📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and prepare all export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all export and import activities.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues that may arise during the shipment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in export and import operations.
