• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain and elevate the quality of coffee preparation.
• Develop and implement innovative coffee recipes and brewing techniques.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café environment.
• Manage inventory and ordering of coffee beans, equipment, and supplies.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional coffee quality and customer service.
• Certification in coffee preparation and service (e.g., SCA, Q Grader, or similar).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
