This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 8,000,000 - Rp 12,000,000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess the training and development needs of government employees.
• Design and deliver training programs using various methods, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules.
• Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee development.
• Conduct needs analysis and create development plans for individual employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate HR development initiatives into the overall organizational strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in HR development and apply them to government operations.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR development, training, or a related field.
• Certification in HR development or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR development theories and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using HR development software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar.
• Understanding of government operations and public sector HR practices.
