Cleaning Supervisor - Hospital Housekeeping
Latha Santhosh Resources Sdn.Bhd is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring that our hospital facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling, training, and supervising a team of cleaners. You will ensure that all cleaning protocols are followed, and that all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of cleaners.
- Knowledge of hospital cleaning protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
