• Manage and maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including property, plant, and equipment.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure reports.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the proper disposal and transfer of fixed assets.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations related to fixed assets.
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed assets accounting, with a strong background in accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
