📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all purchased goods meet our standards.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that procurement activities support business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
