You will use tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Workspace to manage our workflow, and your daily tasks will include order processing, inventory management, and customer support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders from quote to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Maintain and update inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of order-related documents and reports.
• Monitor and track order status, identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues.
• Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
