In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring pool and beach areas, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and providing immediate assistance to guests in need. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide immediate assistance to guests in need, including performing rescue operations and administering first aid.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool and beach facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents and provide regular reports to management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and best practices.
• Enforce resort policies and procedures related to pool and beach safety.
• Promote a positive and professional attitude towards guest safety and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard or similar role in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Certification as a Lifeguard or equivalent, such as the Red Cross Lifeguard certification or similar.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform rescue operations and other physical tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
