📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and delivery specialists to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions that address client needs and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Leverage agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering innovative solutions.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
