📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for cryptocurrency and blockchain clients.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto industry and accounting practices.
• Collaborate with the Outsourcing team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting services.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your accounting skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a crypto or blockchain-related environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency accounting and tax implications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
