As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement.,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is preferred.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
