📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve service standards.,Evaluate and assess staff performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to staff members.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for service improvement.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or customer service role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with customer service software and tools.,Ability to travel and work in different locations.
