📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential job candidates and hiring managers.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment technologies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with the Indonesian job market and local recruitment practices.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
