📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries accurately and efficiently.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized space.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and follow up on any necessary actions.,Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing mail, and handling correspondence.,Promote a positive and professional image of the company to all visitors and clients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Handle any reception-related emergencies or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk position in a corporate or hospitality setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to data privacy and security.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
