📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives and foster a positive work environment.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of HR functions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to inform HR initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in using HR information systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
