📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate the recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HRIS and ATS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
