📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.,Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
