Lead and manage the competitive programs team, ensuring they meet their goals and deliver value to Stripe.,Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize our competitive programs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our competitive programs align with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze the performance of our competitive programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Represent Stripe at industry events and conferences, building relationships with key stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to our competitive programs.,Manage the budget for the competitive programs team, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a competitive programs or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.,Strong understanding of competitive analysis and market positioning.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.,Proven track record of managing and growing competitive programs.,Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.,Familiarity with the fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer success.
