📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of new and existing facilities.,Ensure compliance with local and national building codes and standards.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Prepare and submit technical reports and documentation.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, PBI).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction processes and materials.
