📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure products meet required standards.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify and address any issues.,Train and mentor junior QC staff to maintain high quality standards.,Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and regulations.,Provide regular reports on quality metrics and trends to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a lead or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Experience with ISO quality management systems is a plus.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
