📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring that all food preparation is done according to the company's standards.,Developing and implementing new menu items and recipes.,Training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensuring that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained.,Managing inventory and ensuring that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.,Working with the executive chef to develop and implement the restaurant's overall food strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.
