📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other dessert items.,Create and test new pastry recipes to ensure quality and consistency.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.,Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve pastry-making skills.,Meet production targets and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of pastries to customers.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and quality.,Familiarity with relevant food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
