As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the local market. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Visit and call on potential and existing customers to promote and sell our products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address any customer concerns or issues.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and presentations to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and network with potential customers.,Collaborate with the marketing and other departments to ensure the success of our sales initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
