📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in the organization of retail events and promotions to drive sales.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and customer preferences.,Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
