Sehati Eko Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Finance Manager to join our team in Salatiga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall financial health of the business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and requirements.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the financial performance of the restaurant.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the restaurant.,Provide financial guidance and support to the restaurant's management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in the use of financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
