📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and service quality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Manage the branch's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, partners, and the community.,Represent the branch at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Experience in budget management and financial planning is a plus.
