The Quarters Boardgame & Lounge is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Commis Chef to join our team. As a Senior Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards. This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff.,Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Keep up-to-date with the latest food trends and techniques.,Assist in the planning and preparation of menus.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
