📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including administrative, academic, and extracurricular activities.
  • Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of the school.
  • Manage and supervise school staff, including teachers, administrators, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and the community.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the school and its students.
  • Oversee the school's budget and financial management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in school operations management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian education system and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
