Hokian Hendra Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and mentor store staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in inventory audits and other quality control measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
