📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective recruitment.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
