Bahagia Elsa Tea is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth. This is a full-time position based in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality hiring process.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on job applications.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
