As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service to both customers and staff, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise junior cashiers, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the cashiering procedures and customer service standards.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent theft or loss, and report any suspicious activities to the manager.,Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales and cash handling records.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely service to customers.,Promote the restaurant's products and services to customers, up-selling and cross-selling as appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash register systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from management.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.
