📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and follow up on leads.,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies and campaigns.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Monitor and report on call performance and customer feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
