You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other recruitment tools.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure we find the right candidates.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
• Provide HR support to the team, including resolving employee concerns and maintaining employee records.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or manager role.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Workday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
