📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Lead and mentor HR team members,Contribute to the strategic planning of the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR management software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
