📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and financial improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies.
• Work with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial control or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
