In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our coffee processing equipment. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for coffee processing equipment,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop user manuals and guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and presentations for customers and employees,Support the technical support team by providing clear and concise information to customers,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the coffee industry or a related field,Strong understanding of coffee processing equipment and terminology,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems
