In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of the F&B service, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff scheduling.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to the established standards and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Participate in training and development programs for new staff members.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to the F&B service.,Work closely with the F&B manager to ensure that all operational goals and objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the F&B service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of managing and supervising staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Basic computer skills, including the use of office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger organization.
